Our work becomes more honest when we get to be honest inside it.
To make space for our humanness again
We’ve been living inside this tension — the pressure to do things we don’t enjoy because “that’s how it’s done”; the guilt of wanting pleasure in our work; the fear of slowing down when the world expects speed.
But I believe in something gentler.
Something expansive. Something truer.
I believe in trying — instead of arriving, instead of achieving.
And that’s why I design the way I do. Why I listen the way I do.
Why you — your vision, your pace, your way of doing things — are the center of our project.
Olá — I’m Ana Luísa.
I live by the sea, in the north of Portugal. I was born in the suburbs of Porto and I'm currently leaving in Viana do Castelo.
I didn’t plan to be a designer. I stumbled into it and found a space where I could actually follow what I felt, instead of what my mind said I should do. It was a relief, but also terrifying — I was just learning about people, stories, ideas… and letting them take shape through feelings. It was messy, uncertain, and exactly what I needed.
Life pulled me into the wild, and I stayed
Motherhood changed everything for me. When my daughter Clara was born — not at all in the way I expected — it pulled me into a physical, wild, animal connection to life and to myself that I’d never known before. It didn’t answer my questions, but it quieted them in a way that felt like truth.
It reminded me that wisdom doesn’t come from knowing more — it comes from feeling deeper.
Before that, I volunteered in Bulgaria, lived simply in nature, and learned — profoundly — how culture, earth, and community can shape us. I saw how it feels to rebuild your life from the ground up, with nothing but curiosity and a willingness to be uncomfortable.
I grew up the quiet kid
Empathetic to a fault, feeling deeply, reading energy without even trying. That sensitivity used to feel like a burden. Over time, and with some therapy, I started to feel the bright light it carries. It’s why I care about not just how things look, but how they feel — to you, to your people, and in the world.
I’m not here pretending I have all the answers.
I’m here because I’ve lived enough questions alongside you — and I’ve seen again and again what happens when someone’s truth finally gets space to breathe.
That’s who I am.
That’s part of why I do what I do.
And I’m honored to do it with you.

We can work together to give your vision form
Without losing the messy, human part that makes it yours.
