At How Kind Studio, all services are non-refundable. By purchasing a service, you agree that payments are final.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled session, please contact analuisa@howkindstudio.com as soon as possible. While payments cannot be refunded, we will do our best to accommodate changes to the schedule whenever possible.

Consumer Rights (EU)

Under EU law, consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, for services, this right can be waived once the service is purchased and/or begins, which applies to all services purchased through this website.
