Purchasing a service through this website creates a contractual agreement between the client and How Kind Studio.

5. Payments
Payments for services are processed through Squarespace Payments, which may offer multiple payment methods, and paid sessions are processed through Stripe.
All payment processing is handled securely by the payment provider. How Kind Studio does not store full payment details.
Prices for services and sessions are listed on the website and may be updated at any time.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the nature of the services offered, all purchases are non-refundable.
By purchasing a service through this website, the client agrees that payments are final and non-refundable.
If a client needs to cancel or reschedule a scheduled session, they should contact analuisa@howkindstudio.com as soon as possible.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials created by How Kind Studio remain the intellectual property of the Owner until full payment has been received.
Once payment is complete, clients receive the agreed usage rights for the final deliverables.
How Kind Studio retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, case studies, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.
8. Liability
Use of the website and its resources is at your own risk. How Kind Studio is not liable for:
Any loss, damages, or indirect consequences arising from use of the website or services.
Errors, technical issues, or interruptions in the website services.
