The project
Escrivaninha was born from Filipa’s belief that clarity doesn’t come from louder conversations — it comes from quieter ones.
With a background in HR and years of experience observing professional patterns, transitions, and burnout cycles, Filipa created a deeply personal way of helping people find their direction. Not through video calls. Not through performance. But through writing.
Her work is a written exchange — prompts, reflections, letters back and forth — where people learn to hear themselves again. A private, intimate process of noticing patterns, reconnecting with intuition, and making grounded decisions.
When we started working together, Filipa was at the very beginning. The vision was there, but the structure wasn’t. Her offers were still forming. The language was still soft around the edges. Through strategy, everything aligned — the positioning, the seasonal structure of her services, and the emotional space her brand would hold.

We built Escrivaninha as a breath of fresh air in the career space.
The truths we chose to bring forward:
꩜ Writing as a timeless ritual — bringing back analog practices in a digital world, honoring slowness and depth;
꩜ The Innocent archetype — light, hopeful, optimistic, without naivety;
꩜ A tone that feels fun but grounded — uplifting, yet honest about how hard career transitions can be;
꩜ A calm visual rhythm — inviting people to slow down, observe their lives from the outside, and separate who they are from what they’re experiencing;
꩜ A seasonal framework — services aligned with nature’s cycles, reflecting growth, expansion, obstacles, and rest;
꩜ A floral and natural aesthetic — soft, symbolic, and deeply connected to Filipa’s own relationship with nature;
꩜ A subtle corporate structure — clean layouts and clarity that nod to her HR background, creating trust without losing intimacy;
The result is a brand that feels gentle but strong. Playful but reflective. Light, yet capable of holding difficult conversations.
Escrivaninha doesn’t promise quick fixes. It offers space — to write, to pause, to notice, and to choose your path with more awareness than before.
